After the rain

I sit on my comfort couch gazing the rain fall. The balcony door wide open, I can feel the cool wind on my face, pine tress dancing across the street.

I like the atmosphere that rain brings, peaceful, calmness, serenity, refreshing, joy.

Even if it’s heavy rain, it’s clean all the pollution. Wash away all heaviness, sadness and hopelessness. Sometimes rainbow will appear after rain. Gorgeous colors radiant in the sky.

For me rain always speak of how faithful is my Father God. No matter hard life is, He is there. Showering me with His love, His comfort. He refreshed me. He wiped my tears of tiredness. As after rain air is smell nice, clean. After spending time with Him, He strengthened me, I have hope again. There isn’t a problem in the life of His sons and daughters that He was not prepared the way out/solution before hand, that’s how faithful is He.

I was enjoying the rain with a cup of hot tea with milk in my hand, every zip of it. Dark chocolate was perfect companion with my tea as always.

I just pondering of His love, what Jesus has done on the cross for my sins, He became me, took all the old Olive and gave me His righteousness. Rain outside my door now rain flowing down from my eyes, cheeks….drop after drop. Thank you Lord Jesus, thank you for this new life, thank you now God is my Father, thank you The Holy Spirit God is in me.

“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,

And do not return there,

But water the earth,

And make it bring forth and bud,

That it may give seed to the sower

And bread to the eater,

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;

It shall not return to Me void,

But it shall accomplish what I please,

And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”

( Isaiah 55: 10-11 )

These verses always come to my heart every time I watching the rain. God created rain and snow for a special purpose. Give supply of water that we need, watering the plants so farmers will have bountiful harvest. From the harvest we have bread to eat and farmers have seeds for the next harvest.

Rain and snow always come down to the earth and never bounce back to the sky.

Language of God is pictures, parables, stories. His words is like rain.

Once He speak it will be done, fulfilled, manifested according to what He purpose it.

In another way of saying it, His Word surely will bring harvest. His Word is the bread for me, strengthen me. His Word becomes seed if I share it to others.

While still raining I declared His Word out of my mouth because it said, “My Word that goes forth from My mouth.”

– The Lord is my best friend and my shepherd.

I always have more than enough. Psalm 23:1

– There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:1

– For God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives you mighty power, love and self control. 2 Timothy 1:7

– God send angles with special orders to protect you wherever you go, defending you from all harm. Psalm 91:11

Many more and every time different verses. Btw, I learned to declare the Word not only when it’s rain 🙂

As I write above sometimes rainbow appears after rain. Not one person I know hate the rainbow, always bring joy, smile and laughter.

Harvest that the Word gives, brings joy and give back the peace that I lost.

His Word enable me to sing in big or small challenges. I raise my hands towards heaven praise Him. All people who hears about His goodness shall clap their hands in honor.

“Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree,

And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree;

And it shall be to the Lord for a name,

For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

( Isaiah 55:13 )

Father God, His heart always and only want to bless. Surely and only His goodness will follow me all the days of my long life.

All for the glory of His name forever.

“He gives rain on the earth,

And sends water on the fields”

 ( Job 5: 10 )

His Word is for you too.

I felt wind getting colder, I woke up. Ah…… I fell asleep. The rain has stopped, the stars are coming out behind the cloud.
